Tigshop Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tigshop and related services!

"Tigshop" and related services are products and services provided by Jiangxi Baishang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company") via the Tigshop app and tigshop.com, including recommendations, publishing, search, and interaction. The Tigshop User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your registration, login, and use of Tigshop.

Before using Tigshop, read this agreement—especially liability limits, licenses, special services, and governing law.Important clauses—including liability limits—are emphasized; read them carefully.If you are under 18, read with a guardian and use Tigshop only with their consent.

If you disagree, we cannot provide full service—you may stop using Tigshop. By using Tigshop you accept this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and related rules.

2. Tigshop and related services

2.1 You may get the Tigshop app via preinstall, authorized third-party downloads, or visit tigshop.com.Unofficial Tigshop builds are unsupported—we are not liable for issues from them.

2.2 We may ship different app builds per device—install the right one for yours. Uninstall anytime if you stop using Tigshop.

2.3 We may update Tigshop (features, upgrades, new services, replacements). You choose whether to update.

For security and service quality, we may notify you of Tigshop updates (in-app, notices, etc.). You may accept or skip; skipping may limit features.

2.4 Without prior written consent, you may not adapt, copy, distribute, crawl, mirror, trade, or otherwise use Tigshop beyond authorized access.

2.5 You provide your own devices (PC, phone, etc.). Opening the app or tigshop.com counts as use. Full features may require internet; you pay data or access fees.

2.6 We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial right to use Tigshop. All other rights stay with us; extra use needs written consent. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver.

2.7 You may start without registering, but some features need an account. For security and law, features like comments may require real-name verification.

3. About your account

3.1 Tigshop offers registration. Pick a lawful username and a secure password—they are your credentials.

3.2You warrant lawful account setup—no illegal or harmful content in name, avatar, or bio; no impersonation or abusive mass registration of Tigshop accounts. You comply with laws and decency. We may review your submissions.

3.3Your account is personal only. Without written consent, you may not lend, rent, sell, or sublicense it. If we reasonably believe the user is not the original registrant, we may suspend, terminate, or delete the account for security.

3.4 You keep your account and password secure and are responsible for all activity under your account, including edits, posts, and payments. Never share credentials. Report unauthorized use or breaches immediately.

3.5 Use our recovery flow if you lose access. Recovery matches your form to our records, not identity proof. Protect your credentials; sign out when done. You bear loss from poor custody or force majeure.

3.6Provide accurate identity info; some Tigshop features require verification. False or invalid info may block access.

3.7 Besides a Tigshop account, you may sign in with verified third-party accounts where allowed. Those accounts must be real-name registered and follow this Agreement.

3.8 After verification you may view or edit profile data; initial registration data may stay locked for security. You may request deletion after checks, except where the law requires retention.

3.9 To protect account resources, we may reclaim accounts that are never used after signup or inactive for over two months.

4. Protecting your personal information

We work with you to protect personal data (information that identifies you alone or combined with other data). Protecting your data is core to us. When you use Tigshop and related services, you may provide information such as name, phone, and location so we can serve and support you. We use encryption, anonymization, and other measures aligned with Tigshop. For details, see the Tigshop Privacy Policy.

5. User conduct

5.1 Conduct requirements

You are responsible for your use. Except as law allows or we permit in writing, you must not:

5.1.1Use unauthorized plugins, cheats, or third-party tools to disrupt or modify Tigshop services.

5.1.2 Using Tigshop to harm network security, including but not limited to:

(1) Illegally intruding into others’ networks, disrupting normal network functions, stealing network data, or other activities endangering cybersecurity;

(2) Providing programs or tools for intrusion, disrupting networks, bypassing protections, or stealing data;

(3) Aiding cybersecurity harms with tech, ads, or payments while knowing the activity;

(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;

(5) Entering public or others’ systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information;

(6) Probing, scanning, or testing Tigshop systems/networks for weaknesses or harming cybersecurity without permission;

(7) Interfering with Tigshop operation or spreading malware/viruses or disrupting network services;

(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names;

(9) Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover Tigshop source code;

(10) Maliciously registering Tigshop accounts, including frequent or bulk registration;

(11) Other acts that violate laws, this Agreement, our rules, or others’ lawful rights.

5.1.3 If we believe you may breach these rules, we may act alone, stop service without prior notice, and pursue legal remedies.

5.2 Content standards

5.2.1 After real-name verification, post and comment with your Tigshop or partner account.

5.2.2 We aim for civil, rational discussion. We strengthen safety rules, follow the law, and respect rights and public order.

5.2.3Your content must comply with law, order, ethics, national interests, and truth. You will not create or spread prohibited information, including:

(1) Opposing fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security or leaking state secrets;

(3) Subverting state power, the socialist system, inciting separatism, or undermining national unity;

(4) Harming national honor or interests;

(5) Promoting terrorism or extremism;

(6) Promoting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;

(7) Inciting regional discrimination or hatred;

(8) Undermining state religious policies or promoting cults or superstition;

(9) Fabricating or spreading rumors or false information, disrupting economic or social order, or harming stability;

(10) Spreading violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

(11) Infringing minors’ lawful rights or harming their physical or mental health;

(12) Secretly filming or recording others without permission, infringing their rights;

(13) Content that is horrific, violent, highly dangerous, or harmful to performers’ or others’ health;

(14) Endangering cybersecurity or using the network to harm national security, honor, or interests;

(15) Insulting or defaming others, infringing their lawful rights;

(16) Threatening others with violence or conducting doxxing;

(17) Involving others’ privacy, personal information, or data;

(18) Spreading vulgar language, harming public order and good customs;

(19) Infringing privacy, reputation, portrait, IP, or other lawful rights;

(20) Spreading ads, solicitations, excessive marketing, or spam;

(21) Commenting in languages other than those commonly used on this site;

(22) Unrelated to the commented content;

(23) Meaningless posts or deliberate character tricks to evade moderation;

(24) Other content that violates laws, policies, or public order, disrupts Tigshop, or infringes others’ rights.

5.3 Report issues via Feedback in the app or Suggestions on tigshop.com. We handle reports promptly to keep the community healthy.

6. Use of Tigshop content

6.1 Without written permission, you may not yourself or through others:

(1) Copying, reading, or using Tigshop content for commercial purposes including promotion, inflating reads or views;

(2) Editing, compiling, or arranging Tigshop content for display outside Tigshop source pages without permission;

(3) Using identifiers or code to manipulate Tigshop traffic, reads, redirects, or hijacking, alone or with third parties;

(4) Other unlawful acquisition or use of Tigshop content.

6.2 If we authorize sharing or forwarding, you must also:

(1) You must not publish, provide, or leak search hot words, hit rates, categories, search volume, CTR, reads, or related data to any third party without our prior written consent.

(2) You must not alter Tigshop source pages, including profile links, or block, overlay, or pop over Tigshop source displays.

(3) Take secure measures to prevent third parties from unlawfully obtaining Tigshop content, including via spiders or similar;

(4) Do not use data outside written permission, sell or commercialize it, or leak or allow third-party use;

(5) Sharing, forwarding, or copying Tigshop content to third parties must follow our additional rules.

7. Breach handling

7.1We may warn, remove content, restrict, or close accounts for violations and report illegal activity.

7.2You handle third-party claims from your breach; you indemnify us for losses from your unlawful or wrongful conduct.

7.3We respect IP, reputation, name, privacy, and other rights. You warrant that content you upload to Tigshop does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove allegedly infringing content upon notice. You handle third-party claims and bear all liability; you indemnify the Company and affiliates for losses from your infringement.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

8.1 Tigshop is provided as-is with best efforts for continuity and security. Risks like outages, third-party issues, or force majeure may cause interruption or loss.

8.2 We may adjust, suspend, or stop features or Tigshop entirely for operations or safety.

9. Advertising

9.1 We may show relevant info, ads, or brand messages from us or partners in Tigshop.

9.2 Judge ads yourself. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases or losses from ads are on you.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 Content in Tigshop (software, tech, pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout, documents, etc.) belongs to us or rights holders. Software IP is ours. Without permission, no one may use Tigshop content via bots, spiders, or similar to monitor, copy, spread, display, mirror, upload, or download.

10.2Content you upload is yours or properly licensed. IP remains with you or the rights holder.

10.3You grant the Company and affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to your content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) for operation, improvement, and marketing of Tigshop and related brands—including promotion and derivative use. This includes likeness, name, marks, and materials embedded in your content.

10.4You authorize us—or professional agents—to enforce your IP in uploaded content, including monitoring, notices, litigation, arbitration, mediation, or settlement, at our discretion.

10.5 We provide technical support for Tigshop and hold all rights permitted by law to data and information from Tigshop development and operation.

10.6Do not use Tigshop marks, domains, or branding without written permission—no registration or implied affiliation. You are liable for misuse.

11. Disclaimer

11.1You understand Tigshop may be affected by many factors. We do not guarantee (including but not limited to):

11.1.1 The Company does not warrant that Tigshop will fully meet every use requirement;

11.1.2 The Company does not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, or that materials you receive will meet your expectations;

11.1.3 The Company does not warrant that every error in Tigshop will be corrected.

11.2Be cautious with financial, credential, or promo messages online—we are not liable for related losses.

11.3Force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government acts, war, strikes, unrest) may disrupt service. We will try to restore promptly but are not liable for force-majeure losses to the extent permitted by law.

11.4The Company may remove illegal content under this Agreement; this is not an obligation, and the Company does not guarantee timely detection or action.

11.5Tigshop is provided without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

11.6This Agreement supports law, public order, and third-party rights. We strive to judge issues lawfully but cannot guarantee alignment with courts or regulators—you accept any resulting risk.

11.7We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at fees you paid to Tigshop, if any.

12. Special terms for standalone & third-party services

12.1 Tigshop may include lawfully obtained information, links, and other standalone services we or affiliates operate.You may use these add-on services in Tigshop. Some require separate agreements or provider rules shown before use. Starting use means you accept those terms. Unless labeled permanent, unlimited, or unrestricted, use lasts until the feature is discontinued in Tigshop.

12.2Third-party services in Tigshop may have their own terms. Disputes with third parties are between you and them—we are not liable.

13. Minors

13.1Minors under 18 need guardian guidance and consent before using Tigshop.

13.2We take minors’ data seriously. Minors should exercise care when entering information and use Tigshop and related services under guardian guidance.

13.3Minors and guardians are liable for violations of law or this agreement.

13.4 Note for minors:

13.4.1Minors should use Tigshop under guardian guidance, learn healthy internet habits, and avoid addiction.

13.4.2 Young users must follow the National Youth Network Civilization Convention:

(1) Learn responsibly online; avoid harmful content. (2) Communicate honestly; no insults or fraud. (3) Protect yourself; avoid risky meetups. (4) Keep networks secure; don’t disrupt order. (5) Stay healthy; don’t get lost in virtual worlds.

13.5Posting content with minors implies consent for Tigshop to display and use it as described in these terms.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Invalid clauses will be reinterpreted to match intent; the rest stays in force.

14.2Signed in Haidian District, Beijing, PRC. Disputes should be negotiated first; unresolved cases go to the courts where this Agreement was signed.

14.3To improve service or comply with law, we may revise this agreement; revisions are part of it. After an update, we willWhen Tigshop releases updates, we will notify you before new terms take effect. Check the homepage, login screen, or Settings for the latest terms. If you disagree, stop using Tigshop. Continued use means you accept the revised Agreement.

14.4 Section titles are for convenience only and do not change meaning.

14.5 You and the Company are independent; this Agreement creates no warranty or agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment.
