a. To register or sign in, you may create an account with your mobile number and profile details (avatar, nickname, password). Your number is required for real-name rules; without it we may not offer posting or comments. Optional profile fields (job, company, bio, blog) may be shown to others and used for recommendations.

1.2 Browsing content
Tigshop may recommend content from tags, topics, and follows; we collect minimal logs and do not use third-party data for this.
1.3 Publishing & interaction
1.3.1 Publishing
a. When you post, comment, ask, or answer, we collect that content and show your nickname, avatar, and text.
b. When you upload images or change your avatar, we will request permissionCamera and photos: if you deny access, this feature won’t work; other Tigshop features are unaffected.
c. Information about you may appear in other users’ posts (comments, messages, images).
d. Basic mode limits collection to what law requires for security; browsing unsigned-in may allow only discussion, sharing, and follow features.
1.3.2 Interaction
When you follow accounts or topics and interact, we collect follows and show those accounts’ content.
1.4 Search
您使用"Tigshop"的搜索服务时，我们会收集您的搜索关键字信息、日志记录。为了提供高效的搜索服务，部分前述信息会暂时存储在您的本地存储设备之中，并可向您展示搜索结果内容、搜索历史记录。
1.5 Tigshop course author application
When you apply as a Tigshop course author, we collect yourReal name and contact(WeChat or phone), company and title, author bio, blogs and tech media. If omitted, you may not become a Tigshop course author; other features still work.
1.6 Identity verification
For withdrawals or verified features, to comply with law and keep services safe,Real name and ID may be required to complete verification.
Third-party ID checks may be required for tax/legal compliance; you can refuse, but some features may be unavailable.
1.7 Other features
We may read clipboard links for sharing and attribution analytics—not your private content.
1.8 Operations & security
1.8.1 Operational & security safeguards
We aim for secure, trustworthy products. To keep services running and protect users, we collect data needed for stability and securityRequired。
1.8.2 Device info & logs
a. For security and service quality we may collect device model, OS version, identifiers (Android: IMEI/MEID, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, SIM/ICCID, SN; iOS: IDFV, IDFA—behavior may vary), MAC, IP, WLAN (SSID/BSSID), Bluetooth, app version, network type/status/quality, usage logs, and sensor data (e.g. accelerometer, gyroscope).
b. For malware prevention and secure operations we may collect installed apps, running processes, usage/crash stats, install sources, and performance data.
c. We may use account, device, and log data—and data shared by affiliates with consent or by law—for security, authentication, and incident prevention.
1.9 Changes to purposes of collecting and using personal information
As we evolve Tigshop, features may change. Related features use data for consistent purposes; unrelated uses will be explained and consented to separately as required by law.
1.10 Exceptions to consent
Under law, we may collect and use data without prior consent when:
a. Related to our legal obligations;
b. Directly related to national or defense security;
c. Directly related to public safety, health, or major public interest;

2. How we use cookies and similar tech
Cookies and similar tech are common online. Tigshop may send cookies or anonymous IDs to store access and usage data. We won’t use cookies beyond this policy. They support:

b. On share pages we may use cookies for recommendations, crash/delay diagnostics, and service improvement.

Browsers let you clear cache in settings. Clearing cookies may break features that rely on them.
3. Partners, transfers, and disclosure of personal information
3.1 Partners in data use

Where affiliates or third parties provide features, partners include affiliates and third parties.
3.1.5 Data use for features or services
a. When you use partner features in Tigshop, or when software, device, or system providers jointly serve you, we may share necessary information for aggregated statistics and indirect audience profiles to recommend or show content, features, services, or ads.

c. Wallet services are provided by affiliates/partners who collect only what is necessary.
d. Payments are processed by partners who may collect your name,Card type, number, expiry, phone. Card number, expiry, and mobile number are sensitive and required for payment. Refusing them disables payment only, not other features.
e. Support: providers need your account and case details to handle tickets.
3.1.6 Data use for advertising
a. Ads: partners may use de-identified device, network, channel, and tag data for delivery, optimization, and reach.
b. Ad analytics: partners may use device, network, clicks, views, impressions, and conversion data to measure and improve ads.
c. Ad partners may combine data to optimize delivery; we require lawful, fair, and necessary use.
d. Lead forms: info you enter on advertiser landing pages may go directly to advertisers.
3.1.7 Shared info for security & analytics
a. Security: to protect accounts and assets, we and affiliates or providers may share necessary device, account, and log data.
b. Product analytics: partners may receive crash data, device identifiers, and install/usage stats to improve experience.
3.1.8 Helping you join marketing activities
Promotions may need name, address, contact, or bank details to deliver rewards—rules vary per campaign. Opting out may skip the promo only.
3.2 Transfer
Mergers or acquisitions may transfer your data. Successors must meet this policy’s security bar; new purposes require your consent.
3.3 Disclosure
a. We do not publicly disclose your information except as required by law or with your consent, using industry-standard safeguards.
b. When we announce penalties for violations or fraud, we may disclose related account information.
c. Leaderboards may show information already public on your profile.

We store data collected in China within China. Cross-border transfers follow Chinese law and, where required, your consent.

We personalize what you see with recommendation algorithms; you can control personalization as follows:
a. You control personalized push content:Under Me → Settings → Personalization, you can turn recommendations on or off. If you turn them all off, the Recommend channel hides; you can still browse Following, Hot, and curated feeds.
b. Subscribe only to feeds you want:Following shows accounts you chose—you can follow or unfollow anytime.
7. Manage your information
We take your privacy seriously and protect your rights to access, copy, correct, delete, withdraw consent, delete your account, report issues, and use privacy settings.
7.1 Change or withdraw consent
7.1.1 Change or revoke sensitive permissions
You can revoke permissions in OS settings; after revocation we stop collecting related data.
7.1.2 Withdraw consent for processing
Some features need your data. If you withdraw consent, those features stop and we stop that processing—prior processing stays valid.
7.2 Your privacy rights
7.2.1 Access and copy account info
您可以查阅、复制您的头像、用户名、职位、公司、简介、博客地址，您可以在Tigshop-"我"-点击头像-"编辑"中进行查阅、复制。
7.2.2 View, correct, or unfollow accounts; see followers and visitors
a.进入Tigshop-"我"-点击头像-"关注"，在关注列表中查阅、取消关注您关注的帐号。
b.进入Tigshop-"我"—点击头像—"关注者"，可查阅关注您帐号的关注者帐号信息。
7.2.3 View or correct saves, likes, and read history
a.进入Tigshop-"我"—"我赞过的"、"收藏集"或"阅读过的文章"进入查阅/更正；
b.进入Tigshop-"我"-"设置"—"缓存管理"，清除缓存信息。
7.2.4 Delete posts and comments
a.删除发布内容：进入Tigshop-"我"—点击头像-进入"动态"或"专栏"或"沸点"-进入单条内容—点击单条内容右上角"…"符号操作删除；
b. Delete comments: open a comment to delete it or remove your like.
c. Some registration fields cannot be self-edited for security; contact us via this policy for changes.

b. Features may vary by phone model, OS, app version, or client—the product you use prevails.
7.6 Notice if we shut down
If we shut down, we stop collection, notify you, and delete or anonymize data.
8. Minors
a. If you are under 18, use Tigshop only with a parent or guardian who has read and agreed to this policy.
b. If you are a guardian of a child under 14, read and accept this policy on their behalf before use.
c. We protect minors’ data per law, collecting or sharing only when permitted or necessary with guardian consent; we delete data collected without verifiable consent.
d. Guardians with questions about minors’ data should contact us as listed in this policy.
